Terms of Service
These terms describe acceptable use of North Star and the responsibilities of organizations and authorized account holders.
Acceptable use
North Star may only be used for lawful club, ministry, educational, and youth organization operations. Users must not attempt to misuse the platform, interfere with system access, or access data outside their authorized role.
Invite-only access
Accounts are invite-only or administrator-created. Users may not create unauthorized accounts or share access with another person.
Account responsibility
Each user is responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for using the platform only within the scope of their authorized role.
Organization and administrator responsibility
Organizations and designated administrators are responsible for entering accurate data, assigning roles appropriately, and maintaining current member and family records.
No misuse of child or member information
Users must not misuse, export, disclose, or repurpose child, parent, guardian, or member information outside legitimate organizational needs and authorized responsibilities.
Medical and safety disclaimer
North Star is a management tool. It is not emergency medical software and must not be relied upon as a substitute for emergency response systems, medical judgment, or clinical decision support.
