Information we collect

North Star may collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, attendance records, parent or guardian information, class assignments, event participation, administrative notes, and limited health or medical alert information needed for club operations.

Why information is collected

This information is collected so clubs can manage attendance, communication, events, family access, role assignments, operational reporting, and member safety workflows.

Who can access information

Access is role-based. Platform administrators, club admins, directors, teachers, parents and guardians, and other authorized users only see information relevant to their role and club membership.

Medical notes and health-related alerts should only be visible to authorized admins and staff who need them for member care and operational decision-making.

Data sharing and sales

Data stored in North Star is not sold. It is used to support authorized club and organizational workflows.

Corrections, deletion, and account requests

Users may request corrections, updates, or deletion through the organization or platform contact responsible for managing the account and data record.
